Everyday I am reminded by my manager what the value I bring to the organization. I must defend what I do. It is stressful to go to work everyday with this kind of culture lingering in the air like fog. I have worked very hard, smart and loyally for this organization only to come into question what my value is. I am not sure how much longer I can remain in this climate but the job scarcity is also frightening. I have been subject to intimidation in the workplace.
